The greatest batsman in cricket history, Sachin Tendulkar, has the most runs and the most centuries in international cricket. Sachin is the man who played cricket for his country for 24 years. He has scored 34357 runs in his international career, which includes 100 centuries and 164 half-centuries. He is the first player in the world to score a double century in ODI cricket. In the 1999 World Cup, the Indian team played its third group stage match against Kenya. The Indian team had already lost its first 2 matches against South Africa and Zimbabwe. During this World Cup, Sachin’s father passed away due to which he couldn’t play against Zimbabwe. In this match, the Indian team scored 329 runs by losing only 2 wickets. Sachin Tendulkar scored 140 runs in just 101 balls with the help of 16 fours and 3 sixes. He completed his century in just 84 balls. After completed his century, he looked at the sky and gave a tribute to his father. He got good support from Rahul Dravid, who scored 104 runs. Both of them together made a tremendous partnership of 237 runs in 175 balls. In response, Kenya could score only 237 runs.

The day when Sachin won the heart of opposition team, 2009

A match when the bowlers of the Australian team saw Sachin's master class closely. In 2009, the Australian team had come to India for a 7-match ODI series. The 5th match of the series was played in Hyderabad. Before the match, the series was tied at 2-2. The Australian team scored 350 runs while batting first. In response, the Indian team was all out for 347 runs. Sachin Tendulkar's cricket score that day was 175 runs. He firstly completed his century in 81 balls and after he was just dealing in boundaries. When Sachin was batting, it seemed that India would win the match easily, but in the 48th over Clint McKay took Sachin's wicket and India lost the match by 3 runs. A series winning Century by Tendulkar in 2007

In 2007, the West Indies cricket team came to India for a 4-match ODI series. The 4th & last match of the series was played in Vadodara. Before the match, Indian team leading the series at 2-1.  In the fourth ODI, the Indian team batted first and scored 341 runs. Sachin Tendulkar batted at number 4 and scored 100 runs off 76 balls with the help of 10 fours and 1 six. He hot good support from Sourav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid and MS Dhoni. In response, West Indies were bowled out on 181 runs and India won the match by 160 runs and series by 3-1.  

The story of Sachin Tendulkar vs Henry Olonga, 1998

The match which fans know as Sachin's Storm. In 1998, the Indian team faced Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe in a triangular series in Sharjah. India and Zimbabwe qualified for the final after 6 matches. Zimbabwe defeated India in the last match of the tournament. In this match, Henry Olonga took Sachin's wicket twice, due to which Sachin could not even sleep. Sachin scored 124 runs in just 92 balls with the help of 12 fours and 6 sixes in the final match. In this match, Sachin completely destroyed Henry Olonga's career. He completed his century in just 71 balls. Thanks to his sensational knock, India defeated Zimbabwe by 10 wickets in the final of that triangular series.

The Fastest Century came in IPL 2011
Sachin Tendulkar scored his fastest century in IPL so far when he scored a century in 66 balls against Kochi Tuskers Kerala in IPL 2011. He scored 100 runs with the help of 12 fours and 3 sixes.  Despite all this, Mumbai Indians lost the match by 8 wickets. Due to his innings, Mumbai scored 182 runs while batting first. In reply, Kochi achieved the target in just 19 overs with the help of brilliant innings of Brendon McCullum and Mahela Jayawardene.
